Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling the injection molding machine and an injection molding machine, wherein the pressure in the direction of a screw axis can appropriately be controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The machine comprises a screw rotating motor 12 rotating a screw 1 disposed adjacent to a heating cylinder 10 around the screw axis, a screw moving means provided with a driving motor 17 driving forward and backward direction of an axis, a detecting means 3 detecting a pressure in axis direction of a screw 1 to give an electrical signal and a filter 51 removing an electrical disturbance of the electrical signal generated from the detecting means 3 as a predetermined constant and further comprises a filter 51a wherein the constant most suitable to remove electrical disturbance such as noise at injection is set and a filter 51b wherein the constant most suitable to remove electrical disturbance such as noise at calculation is set, the two filters being capable of switching with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
